About the Role
Due to continued growth, Mader is currently seeking Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers and Trade Assistants to join our Perth Metro based Fixed plant maintenance team.
You will predominantly work on fixed plant maintenance of gearboxes, pumps, crushers, conveyors, stackers and reclaimers.
Schedule is a 5/2 roster (Monday to Friday) on day shift. Operations span a broad range of customers, regions and commodities—no two days are ever the same.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair fixed plant equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, crushers, conveyors, stackers and reclaimers.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic faults.
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal fleet and plant performance.
* Work safely and maintain high quality standards.
Qualifications
* Trade Certificate.
* Experience working with fixed plant maintenance.
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
* National Police Check within 3–6 months or willingness to obtain one.
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality.
