About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (Grade 1) Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Hospital Consultation and Liaison is responsible for providing expert clinical advice to clients, carers and other health care professionals with complex healthcare needs within the AOD Service. The role is a clinical expert who, through leadership, facilitates excellence in research based clinical practice, education, research and professional leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical advice to clients, carers and health care professionals with complex AOD needs.
Lead and support research based clinical practice within the AOD Service.
Facilitate education, research and professional leadership initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality care.
