This role would suit someone with previous knowledge of rostering, who is outgoing, friendly and relatable to the elderly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining files and documentation
* General administration and data entry
* Stationery ordering and petty cash management
* Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
* Ensuring efficient operation of the front reception area
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a busy reception role
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
* Strong accuracy and data entry skills
* PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
