Key Responsibilities
* Lead a multidisciplinary care team to deliver compliant, safe, and person-centred home care services
* Ensure effective management of budgets, resourcing, and service quality across multiple sites
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and resident engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (essential)
* Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in aged care or home care
* Strong working knowledge of aged care legislation and the new Aged Care Act
* Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder, and team leadership skills
* Commercially astute with experience in managing service operations
