About the role
We are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Pastoral and Spiritual Carer to join our team on a permanent part‐time basis. In this role you will be responsible for providing compassionate care which centres on a holistic approach that supports the individual needs of our patients, visitors and employees in our busy private hospital.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor of Theology or equivalent
* Ability to work on a permanent part‐time basis (15.2 hours per week)
* Member of Spiritual Care Australia – desirable
* Experienced in palliative care – desirable
* Minimum of 5 years recent experience in a similar position
* Experience working in a hospital or health‐care environment
* Completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
