Job Overview
This role is a full‐time customer service position based in our call centre. You will work 8‐hour shifts on a rotational roster from 8am to 12am, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. All staff are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week. This roster arrangement is mandatory and cannot be negotiated.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with queries related to our telco services.
* Use computer systems and data entry tools accurately.
* Communicate in a warm, clear manner with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
Requirements
* Interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential).
* Curiosity about IT and technology.
* Background in accounts or customer service.
* Confident computer skills and comfort with basic data entry.
* Strong communication skills.
