We are currently partnering with a well known Australian hospitality brand to recruit an Instructional Designer on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, covering a maternity leave position.
This is a hands on role focused on creating engaging training content, supporting online learning initiatives and improving training materials across a national franchise network.
Reporting into the National Training Manager, you will work across a range of learning and development projects including LMS content, onboarding materials, operational training guides and online learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop training materials, guides and learning content
* Support online learning initiatives and LMS content updates
* Create engaging onboarding and operational training resources
* Partner with stakeholders across training and operations teams
* Assist with content updates, training rollouts and learning projects
* Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and content delivery
* Utilise AI and digital tools to improve training efficiency and engagement
About You
* Previous experience within Instructional Design, L&D, Training or Learning environments
* Experience creating training content, guides, SOPs or online learning materials
* Exposure to LMS platforms
* Strong written communication and content development skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
* Experience with InDesign, Adobe Suite or similar tools highly regarded but not essential
* Experience within retail, hospitality, operations or franchise environments highly regarded
