Overview
Green Light Australia is partnering with a leading company to engage an experienced Agentic AI Solution Consultant to drive the adoption, governance, and operationalisation of AI‐driven software delivery capabilities across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on establishing scalable foundations for Agentic AI (AAI), enabling autonomous engineering workflows while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards.
Responsibilities
* Agentic Governance & Guardrail Development
o Contribute to the development and maintenance of organisational AI governance frameworks including AGENTS.MD and SKILLS.MD.
o Define and implement architectural guardrails, operational policies, and governance standards for AI‐driven engineering workflows.
o Ensure AI‐assisted delivery activities remain aligned to enterprise technology, compliance, and security boundaries.
* Architectural Pattern Harvesting & Standardisation
o Collaborate with Domain Architects to identify, validate, and standardise high‐performing architectural and engineering patterns.
o Promote reusable patterns into the centralised WDF library for AI agent consumption and automated solution generation.
o Support continuous improvement of enterprise engineering standards through pattern‐driven automation.
* Context Engineering for Agentic SDLC
o Define and contribute to machine‐readable metadata schemas including .wdf-metadata and wdf_spec.json.
o Ensure AI agents are provided with the required enterprise‐specific context to generate compliant infrastructure, configurations, and application code.
o Improve contextual accuracy and consistency of AI‐generated outputs across delivery teams.
* Pseudo‐Product Ownership of Agentic AI Initiatives
o Act as the de facto Product Owner for the Agentic AI workstream.
o Contribute to the roadmap and strategic direction for capabilities including AI‐driven code generation, autonomous debugging, self‐healing remediation, and intelligent SDLC automation.
o Work with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and define measurable outcomes.
* Security & Compliance Integration
o Partner with security and compliance stakeholders to embed enterprise security controls into agentic workflows.
o Ensure AI‐driven delivery processes programmatically enforce SAST/DAST requirements, image signing controls, OIDC authentication standards, and security validation policies.
o Support secure‐by‐design and compliant‐by‐default engineering practices.
* Domain‐Specific Agentic AI Foundations
o Collaborate with business project leads and architects to identify scalable domain patterns suitable for enterprise‐wide AI adoption.
o Support the creation of a unified Agentic AI foundation across digital and platform initiatives.
o Drive consistency in AI‐enabled delivery practices across multiple domains.
* SDLC Tooling Orchestration
o Oversee integration between AI assistants and enterprise SDLC tooling ecosystems.
o Ensure AI agents can autonomously manage delivery workflows while maintaining environment parity, deployment governance, release integrity, and operational controls.
o Support orchestration across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and platform tooling.
* Value Realisation & Capability Mapping
o Map agentic capabilities and implementations back to the WDF Capability Map.
o Measure and track improvements in developer productivity, engineering throughput, platform resilience, and operational efficiency.
o Support reporting and strategic alignment of AI investments.
* Observability & Financial Guardrails
o Ensure all agentic delivery patterns include enterprise telemetry, monitoring, and operational observability standards.
o Embed financial governance and cost‐management tagging into AI‐generated infrastructure and workflows.
o Provide visibility into the operational and financial impact of AI‐enabled delivery practices.
Requirements
