Support the democratic process by playing a key role in delivering the 2027 New South Wales State election
About the Role
The Lead, Site Operations assists the Site Manager with the planning and set up for the Centralised Count Centre (CCC) operations and with day‐to‐day operations at the CCC including coordinating contractors, teams and service providers, conducting safety briefings, managing daily site tasks, ensuring trades have necessary supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe and sustainable work environment.
The role is responsible for ensuring the venue is maintained to the highest standards, operational requirements are met, and events are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all relevant regulations.
The role is temporary full‐time until 30 June 2027.

Key Knowledge, Experience and Essential Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience.
* Proven track record of managing sites and/or operations in complex environments.
* Understanding of WHS legislation, site safety best practices, and emergency response procedures.
* Excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability in managing priorities within tight deadlines and budget constraints.
* Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
* No affiliations with political parties, candidates, elected members, third‐party campaigners, donors or registered lobbyists that could undermine the political impartiality of the Commission or that are otherwise inconsistent with its Political Neutrality Policy.
