This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of talent at Fortuna and our clients. Working on internal recruitment for the Fortuna Advisory Group whilst also partnering with clients through Fortuna People Solutions to build and grow our Recruitment Solutions division.
With 16 offices throughout Australia we’re seeking a motivated individual who’s passionate about career growth and leadership. With our recruitment team launching in WA, we have exciting plans to expand across Australia and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us on that journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the internal and external (360) recruitment process from start to finish.
- Partner with internal and external hiring managers to understand their teams and find the right people fast.
- Juggle multiple campaigns across corporate, technical and frontline roles.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, every time.
- Help us evolve our employer brandand talent pipeline as we grow into the future.
- Use your insight to shape smarter, more creative recruitment strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment across a variety of sectors (blue and white collar)
- Previous experience working in either mining, energy or Oil & Gas, servicing large corporate key accounts and a track record in winning new business or growing existing clients.
- Strong organisational and communication skills and creative approach to sourcing and engagement.
- Robust recruitment network
- The confidence to advise leaders and shape great hiring decisions.
- Familiarity with recruitment software
