About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our front-of-house team as an Admin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall smooth operation of our venue.
Responsibilities:
* Check-in guests, manage bookings, and perform reception duties
* Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
* Support the front and back of house teams in a busy regional venue
* Experience with hospitality management systems
* Ensure compliance with RSA and RSG certification requirements
* Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in a related role, preferably in hospitality
* Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
