Job Title: Part-Time Manual Screen Printer
Heavy Press is a Screen Printing and Embroidery shop in Chinderah.
We work with high-level brands, artists, and businesses. We do large runs and small runs. But either way, we care about quality over quantity.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced screen printer with 5+ years on a manual press. You need to be capable of the full process from start to finish.
We do large runs and small runs. You should be comfortable with both — but always with a quality-first mindset.
What You'll Do
* Coat, expose, and reclaim screens
* Set up and run jobs on a manual press
* Mix custom colours by hand
* Check every print for registration, opacity, and cure
* Maintain quality control, and have readt for client
* Keep the print shop area clean and organised
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years manual press experience (non-negotiable)
* Full process knowledge – no gaps
* High attention to detail – you see what others miss
* Self-sufficient – we won't micro-manage you
* Appreciates quality – you'd rather print 50 perfect shirts than 500 average ones

* Pay – competitive hourly rate, based on experience
