We are seeking a confident and capable Dental Receptionist with Dental Assistant experience to join our Joondalup centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, 7–8 chair clinic with a high‐performing team and strong patient demand.
Joondalup – Full time, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
Responsibilities
* Manage front desk operations, bookings, and patient enquiries.
* Coordinate a busy schedule across multiple clinicians.
* Deliver a warm, professional, and efficient patient experience.
* Support chairside assisting as required.
* Maintain infection control and sterilisation standards.
* Assist with overall clinic flow in a fast‐paced environment.
Qualifications
* Experience in dental reception with exposure to chairside assisting.
* Confidence working in a busy, multi‐chair clinic environment.
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and patient service approach.
* Reliable, proactive, and team‐focused attitude.
* Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
