Responsibilities
* Pick and pack customer orders from picking slips to ensure they are prepared accurately and ready for the agreed delivery time.
* Safely deliver customer orders to their designated locations using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and professional service.
* Conduct pre-delivery vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
* Serve customers and ensure they receive an outstanding customer experience.
* Put stock away.
* Clean the yard and ensure it is neat and tidy at all times.
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
* Knowledge of timber and hardware is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Capability to undertake physical tasks safely.
* Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team member.
* All applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
