Critical Facilities Supervisor -Data Center (Victoria)Join to apply for the Critical Facilities Supervisor -Data Center (Victoria) role at CBRE Asia PacificAbout Us – CBRE Data Center SolutionsCBRE Data Center Solutions (DCS) is a global leader in delivering integrated real estate, facilities, and technology solutions across the entire data centre lifecycle.About The RoleAs a CBRE Data Center Supervisor, you will provide oversight over the team that performs advanced preventative maintenance and complex corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.What You'll DoManage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services.Ensure daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment are conducted.Verify the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.Assist staff with difficult planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment as needed.Review meter readings from UPS, PDU and utilities to ensure accurate information.Confirm safety processes and requirements on all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.Review quality checks and retain comprehensive maintenance records.Develop and implement advanced work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and EOPs/SOPs for critical work with risk assessment.Ensure vendors meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations while aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.Accountable for full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams.Leads the preparation and delivery of comprehensive account reviews, providing strategic insights, performance analysis, and growth opportunities to key stakeholders.Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.What You'll NeedHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.
