Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agent to join our team on a Full Time basis.
Reporting to the Revenue / Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while maximising room revenue opportunities through effective reservations management.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle hotel reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest enquiries
* Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel services
* Maintain accurate guest information and booking details in Opera PMS
* Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams
* Ensure all reservations are processed efficiently and accurately
* Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and local area information
* Assist with group reservations and special guest requests when required
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred
* Knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and multitask effectively
* Positive attitude with a strong guest service focus
* Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
