Your Next Great Opportunity: Join a Team That's Making a Global Impact
Join a growing Australian bioscience company where precision, organisation, and teamwork drive success. We are seeking a motivated individual to coordinate inventory and logistics across our sites — ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
At Maverick, you'll be part of a company that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We're building something meaningful — and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
What You Will Do
As our Stores Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving and suppliers supported by:
* Maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock control across multiple sites.
* Coordinating the packaging and dispatch of client orders to ensure timely delivery.
* Receiving and processing incoming goods, verifying documentation and compliance.
* Supporting export logistics by assisting with documentation and shipment coordination.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and inventory systems.
* Maintaining the storeroom to audit-ready standards, ensuring it is clean, organised, and efficient.
* Participating in daily production toolbox meetings and upholding safety practices.
What We Are Looking For
We're looking for someone who thrives on structure, order, and responsibility. A person who takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly. You'll be successful in this role if you:
* Enjoy keeping spaces tidy, organised, and efficient.
* Have a disciplined approach to work and can manage competing priorities calmly.
* Take ownership of tasks and follow through reliably.
* Are confident using computers for day-to-day work, entering data, managing stock systems, and maintaining records accurately.
* Have a strong attention to detail, you notice when something's not quite right and fix it.
* Work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with others.
Experience is not essential - we're happy to train the right person who demonstrates the right attitude and behaviours.
Desirable
While not required, it would be great if you also have:
* Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination.
* A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
* Familiarity with LEAN or 5S principles.
* Exposure to export or shipping documentation.
Who You Are
You're the kind of person who:
* Likes things in their proper place and for your space to be tidy, neat, and well-ordered.
* Feels a sense of satisfaction when systems and spaces run smoothly.
* Values doing things right the first time and takes pride in accuracy.
* Is reliable, responsible, and committed to being part of a team that delivers quality work every day.
* Is eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow with us.
* Has comfortable computer skills. You don't need to be an IT expert, but you must be confident navigating systems, spreadsheets, and online tools.
