Our Federal Government client is seeking multiple experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join a dynamic team supporting the delivery of mental health and wellbeing services. These positions can be located in any major city – Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide or Perth.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative, IT, and interpersonal skills who thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Experience providing clinical or service delivery administration support will be highly regarded, along with proficiency in multiple ICT systems. Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Respond to enquiries from external providers and clients relating to access, technical, and administrative matters.
* Complete overflow administrative tasks and support broader team operations.
* Maintain and update client consent documentation.
* Undertake frontline telephony duties and manage initial contact with clients and stakeholders.
* Efficiently utilise multiple ICT systems to manage client information and support service delivery while meeting performance and KPI expectations.
* Provide front-of-house and administrative support across service delivery streams, including data entry and records management.
* Participate in scheduled learning and development activities and engage in ongoing coaching and performance feedback processes.
* Assist the Learning and Development Coordinator with administrative training activities and support.

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
* Confidence working across multiple ICT platforms and databases.
* A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within remote and multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience in healthcare, mental health, wellbeing services, or government service delivery environments will be highly regarded.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
Mandatory Requirements
* Must be an Australian Citizen
* Hold, or be able to obtain, a Working with Vulnerable People Registration; or
* Hold, or be able to obtain, a Working with Children Check.
* Be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance (AGSVA).
