What We're Looking For: We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with previous recruitment experience. We are seeking candidates who are motivated by results and driven to exceed expectations and thrive in a rapid paced environment. Whether it's meeting targets, placing candidates in fulfilling roles, or delivering exceptional service, a results-driven mindset is fundamental to success in this role. Knowledge of construction industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and attracting candidates through various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, personal network
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conducting interviews, screening candidates, and matching them with suitable job opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Meeting and exceeding targets to drive business growth.
Criteria:
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with both clients and candidates is crucial.
- Organisational Abilities: With multiple tasks to manage, strong organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be capable of prioritizing workload, multitasking effectively, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven successful background in recruitment.
- Bachelor degree is desirable but not essential
- In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 5 years relevant recruitment experience is desirable.
- $75k-$85k Base Salary
