The Role:
This is a short term role assisting the COO of a leading NDIS and Not For profit provider. You will have previous experience in an operations role working within the NDIS space and you will be able to follow direction well and adapt to the changing needs of a disability service and an ever changing environment.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Financial acumen and understanding of commercial drivers within NDIS and the aged care space.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to manage work efficiently and effectively.
* Leadership skills to build trust, coach, and engage the team.
* Decision-making skills within the area of responsibility.
Criteria
* Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative and/or management role.
* Prior experience working in an NDIS or community services organisation
* Proven track record of successful KPI management.
