About the opportunity
Sigma Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at our Preston support office. Reporting to the Recruitment & Onboarding Team Lead, this role supports recruitment and onboarding across our national store network, including Chemist Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse Optometry, and Ultra Beauty.
You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment using our ATS & HRIS, from job ads to contract generation.
Collect and verify onboarding documentation to ensure timely and compliant onboarding.
Provide system support and guidance to hiring managers.
Respond to recruitment queries via inbox and phone.
Assist with advertising, talent pooling, and sourcing candidates nationally.
Ensure accurate data integration with payroll systems (KRONOS).
About You:
Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
Solid communication, interpersonal, and computer literacy skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Adaptable and comfortable in a quick-paced environment.
