Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close‐knit branch in Caloundra and will be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to customers in the electrical industry.

You will be on a fortnightly rotating roster of 6:30 am – 3:30 pm and 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. As the branch is open on Saturdays, you will also work an additional shift that will be paid at overtime rates, one Saturday morning a month from 7 am – 11 am.
A typical day will involve
* Providing solutions and in‐store experience that inspires customers.
* Admin tasks such as managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects.
* Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
* Responding to customer queries and making follow‐up calls.
Qualifications
* You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
* You are passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
* Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or the building/construction industry is highly regarded – otherwise we will provide product training.
