Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and memorable interactions with customers.
* Educate customers on pet care and product benefits.
* Complete sales transactions and aim to reach store sales goals.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, properly display new stock and replenish existing stock.
* Keep up-to-date on pet care products and services.
* Contribute to a fun, supportive in‐store culture and create a strong safety mindset for the team.
Qualifications
* Passion for animals and commitment to excellent customer service.
* Experience in a similar retail environment.
* Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
* Physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg.
* Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
