We are looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our team and support technical and aftersales customers in the heavy‐duty mechanical and power generation industries.
Responsibilities
* Interact with and support our customer base.
* Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their engines/power systems.
* Stay up‐to‐date with new products and technologies in the off‐highway automotive and power generation industries.
Qualifications
* Spare parts interpreting experience preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Good computer proficiency.
* Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industry practices.
* Eagerness to learn.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment.
