About the Role:
* We're seeking an Ecommerce Manager to drive online sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our digital platforms.
* As part of this role, you'll oversee the management and maintenance of our eCommerce websites, ensuring seamless integration with our brand's values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive online sales growth through data-driven strategies and product enrichment processes.
* End-to-end management of new product uploads, including copywriting, coordinating photography, and inventory management.
* Ensure product categorization is accurate and up-to-date, reflecting the latest trends and best-sellers.
* Collaborate with the product team to manage online product enrichment processes and timelines.
* Work with SEO teams to optimize products and content for search engines and adhere to industry best practices.
* Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activities with regular content updates.
* Manage homepage banner and website content updates to align with our digital marketing strategy.
* Support the Ecommerce Manager with pricing and promotions as required.
Content Marketing:
* Develop and implement a digital marketing plan that delivers increased engagement and conversion rates.
* Proactively manage and maintain the integrity of our subscriber database, ensuring it's accurate and up-to-date.
* SUPPORT THE CRM TEAM IN GROWING THE SUBSCRIBER DATABASE THROUGH TACTICAL ACQUISITION CAMPAIGNS.
* Support the retail network in updating store contact details on our websites and through Google Places.
* Develop and implement relevant content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
* Assist in implementing the content marketing strategy through email marketing, social media, and blog channels.
* Analyse and report on ROI of campaign outcomes.
* BLOG COPYWRITING AND SEO IMPLEMENTATION.
Customer Experience:
* Deliver a seamless online customer experience, aligned with our brand's values and vision.
* Apply a customer-centric approach to all work, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
* Act as the ecommerce ambassador, supporting the customer service team to ensure outstanding customer service experiences.
* Liaise and collaborate with various departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Web Development:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting services, utilizing responsive problem-solving abilities.
* Troubleshoot site process issues or customer service queries and escalate when necessary.
* Assist with the implementation of new website features and integrations when needed.
Additonal Responsibilities:
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and reporting deadlines are met.
* Contribute to weekly online performance and trade reports.
* Monitor online and instore top-selling products to assist in optimisation of onsite product merchandising.
* Attend regular meetings as required and produce documentation of topics covered with clear outcomes and action points.
* Provide support to other ecommerce team members as required.
