We're looking for a Pastry Chef to join our small, passionate team — someone who loves making things by hand and takes pride in the details that make great food memorable.
What you'll be doing
* Creating artisan pastries, tarts and cakes that showcase skill and seasonality
* Assisting with our growing range of sandwiches and savoury items
* Helping shape and refine our menu with fresh ideas
* Working alongside our bakers and café team to keep quality high and consistent
* Keeping your space clean, organised and calm
About you
You're a maker at heart. You understand that great pastry is equal parts technique, timing and care. You'll bring:
* Experience in a bakery or patisserie environment
* Strong pastry and cake-making skills
* A good eye for finish and presentation
* A genuine love of local produce and handcrafted food
* A team mindset — we all pitch in where needed
