Mobile Case Manager Job
This role is a unique opportunity to support individuals in their return-to-work journey.
EML provides ongoing assistance to people recovering from physical or psychological injuries, ensuring they receive the necessary care and resources for a successful recovery.
About the Role:
* Deliver face-to-face assistance to workers and employers over a defined period of time.
* Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders.
* Conduct community visits to work sites or medical clinics.
* Pro-actively achieve the optimum outcome of recovery and early sustainable return to work for workers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To deliver personalized face-to-face assistance to workers and employers.
2. To provide effective communication and conflict resolution skills when working with various stakeholders.
3. To conduct thorough assessments of workers' needs and develop tailored plans for their recovery.
Requirements:
* Proven case management experience and ability to return people to the workforce.
* Knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and regulations.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, written and verbal proficiency.
* Understanding of medical terminology and injury recovery timeframes.
* Own vehicle with a 5-star ANCAP rating, insurance & current unrestricted NSW Driver's License.
