Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Cyber Operations Program Engineer in Canberra, Australia.
The objective of this work is to support a dynamic, cutting edge DoD Cyberspace Operations Forces acquisition program in Canberra Australia, as the Program Service Representative.
This position will represent the program as the Liaison and Senior Engineer for platform operations, cyber training & content management services at all supported classifications.
Responsibilities Provide feedback on material acquisitions, records management of program documents, and track document deadlines as required by milestone reviews.
Assist the U.S. program team in preparing, reviewing and revising documentation associated with the platform.
Assist the U.S program team with planning, coordinating, conducting, and reporting all operational status of the platform and local request for support or issues and acquisition requirements.
Coordinate the feedback and any findings from local program team related to the platform performance for adjudication to the U.S. program team.
Coordinate with the U.S. and AUS management team for all building access, logistical support needed for installations and training events.
Responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and providing expert technical advice in the management of the platform.
Coordinate with the onsite facility staff and U.S. program team for the integration of upcoming software release, local facility scheduled maintenance, and other platform downtime events.
Coordinate technical or logistical support in support of onsite platform training events.
Monitor and report the physical security of the platform and report any issues immediately to the U.S program team.
Provide expertise in testing to facilitate coordination and evaluation of operational data to optimize performance of the platform.
Report the health of applications within the platform to the U.S program operations team.
Maintain a high-level calendar to track and display upcoming program reviews and milestone decisions associated with the platform.
Assist U.S. program team in development of briefings and presentations at various levels, articulate program vision, and mission.
Assist the USG in preparing and reviewing: Acquisition documentation Independent cost estimates Assist the U.S. program team in the development of Operations SOPs and documentation related in the operations of the platform.
Assist the U.S. program team in establishing and managing external stakeholder's relationships and connections to program team.
Coordinate with the on-site team for the physical transfer of training content to and from onsite systems.
Coordinate visitors' request required to deliver or update of the platform.
Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise for assigned projects.
Must demonstrate strong oral communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering briefings and updates to senior stakeholders.
The ability to develop and present clear, professional PowerPoint presentations is essential.
Strategic thinking and foundational project management experience are preferred to support the planning, coordination, and execution of platform objectives.
Assist the local personnel as a SME on such matters as: Local Trusted Agents tasks Portal Organization Administration Jira Service Desk (JSD) Agent tasks and support Metabase User roles, responsibilities, and deliverables Assist PMO, ISSEs and ISSOs with Cybersecurity by maintaining current knowledge of changes to DOD Cybersecurity testing best practices, Cybersecurity Standards, Army Regulations, and cybersecurity T&E Policy.
Must have the ability to perform Tier 3 and Tier 4 support, and handle Tier 1-2 as needed.
Basic Requirements Active Top Secret security clearance and be immediately eligible for nomination to receive TS/Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or relevant field from an accredited college/university; Industry standard certifications as specified in the tasks responsibilities.
