About the Role:
* As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of workforce management systems, including timekeeping, scheduling, leave management, and labour optimisation.
The ideal candidate will oversee integrations with enterprise systems, collaborate with various departments, and ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and governance standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and optimize UKG Pro WFM solutions tailored to organisational requirements.
* Serve as subject matter expert for UKG Pro modules (Timekeeper, Scheduling, Leave, Attendance).
* Oversee integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.

* You have experience designing and implementing workforce management systems.
* You are proficient in UKG Pro modules (Timekeeper, Scheduling, Leave, Attendance).
