We are seeking a highly skilled Ag Sales Operations Manager to lead our agricultural rental and procurement business. The successful candidate will oversee operational and sales functions, manage inventory, drive business efficiency through supplier relationships, and streamline sales operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of product management, procurement, sales operations, and administration.
* Development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with seasonal demand and operational goals.
* Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and customers.
About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations.
* Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices.
