What you will bring:
* Process engineering & continuous improvement expertise: Extensive experience in process engineering, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), with strong process control knowledge.
* Quality systems experience: Proven knowledge of ISO9001 and auditing in a manufacturing or technical environment.
* Problem‐solving capability: Skilled in structured analysis and data‐driven decision making to drive performance improvements.
* Leadership & influencing skills: Able to engage stakeholders, lead teams and drive accountability.
* Change management capability: Demonstrated experience implementing and embedding operational and cultural change.
