As a Client Support Manager, you will play a key role as part of the Hymix Executive Team, leading our client support function and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences for our customers.
About the role
* Lead and manage a team of Allocators and Client Support Agents, providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing development
* Drive strategies that deliver exceptional customer service and support across all client touchpoints
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns
* Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of all client interactions and transactions
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service delivery while partnering with internal stakeholders to implement enhancements
* Contribute to business performance through strong leadership, collaboration, and customer‐focused decision making
About you
* Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* A proactive, problem‐solving mindset with strong analytical capability
* Able to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience in customer service, client support, or a related field (minimum 3 years)
* Experience in the construction or building materials industry (highly regarded but not essential)
