Our client, a global leader in the innovation of water management equipment, is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Care Coordinator for their growing business. Applicants for this role should possess a solid background in both administration and customer service within a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Working 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday only), the Customer Care Coordinator will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will have the primary purpose of providing a positive customer experience that influences sales and service outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with both accuracy and professionalism
- Processing purchases and customer orders
- Taking opportunities for add-on sales to customers
- Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints, returns and exchanges
- Records management, including data entry
- Tracking and monitoring product shipping
- Assisting the Stores department, when required
- Reception duties, when required
- A minimum of 12 months in an administration/customer service role
- Advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite. Dynamics 365 experience would be highly desirable
- An adaptable, process-driven approach to work
- Ability to market and sell technical products and interpret technical data
- A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or Agriculture would be an advantage
