About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a seasoned ICT Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Field Services support across end-user computing environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Desktop Support or Field Support roles, with a strong understanding of Windows 10/11, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune. Familiarity with network fundamentals, including cabling, patching, and basic tracing, is also essential.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can work independently on-site, following structured processes and troubleshooting issues effectively. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for this role, as well as the ability to travel between sites if required.
Responsibilities
* Provide on-site Level 2 & 3 desktop support to users across the organisation.
* Perform basic network patching between switch and wall ports.
* Conduct basic network cable tracing to assist network engineers.
* Connect network consoles under the direction of HSO Network Engineers.
* Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems.
* Install applications via SCCM and Intune platforms.
* Assign security groups to facilitate device and app deployment.
* Rebuild computers according to HSO SCCM or Intune processes.
* Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using the HSO Ivanti ITSM tool.
Requirements and Experience
* Proven experience in a Desktop Support or Field Support role (Level 2/3).
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
* Familiarity with network fundamentals (cabling, patching, basic tracing).
* Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Ivanti preferred).
* Ability to follow structured processes and work independently on-site.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel between sites if required.
