The Role
As an Office Administrator, your duties will include:
* Prepare & issue invoices for services rendered, ensuring accuracy with capturing all items that need to be billed out.
* Accounts Payable – entering invoices for payment, maintaining accurate financial transactions
* Answering phone calls & responding to inquiries. So must have a high level of customer service.
* Communicating clearly with both the team and customers regarding the jobs.
* Monitor & adjust job schedules for mechanics. Ensuring optimal use of technician time & resources.
* Ordering parts, including maintaining relationships with suppliers
* Maintain inventory levels & ensure timely delivery of parts
* Support management when needed

What We're Looking For
· Previous office experience preferably in the Marine industry
· Accounts experience
· Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Xero & or ServiceM8 experience would be an advantage
· Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
· Strong work ethic — self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
