Responsibilities
* Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts within cost limits, ensuring targets are met while driving profitability and growth.
* Manage the administration of all subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
* Oversee project financial administration, including cost tracking, reporting, and budget control.
* Coordinate and manage site office administration to support efficient project operations.
* Support the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing monthly reports, including progress updates, programme status, and cost data.
* Assist in handling contractual matters and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify, evaluate, and prepare submissions for variations and claims in line with contract provisions.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or TAFE or equivalent) in a related discipline.
* Relevant industry experience. Strong understanding of applicable legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control.
* Proven ability to manage conflict and perform effectively under pressure.
* Highly developed analytical thinking and problem‐solving skills.
* Demonstrated alignment with organisational values such as integrity, accountability, innovation, and delivery.
* Strong commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) principles.
