What we're looking for
* You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.
o Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement
o Show initiative & think outside the box
o Empower participants you support – "Do With" not "Do For"
o Complete a pre‐employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and have a valid driver's licence.
o Preferably be able to work a rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts.
