The Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team in a junior client services and administration capacity. This is a full-time, office-based role with a genuine pathway into financial advisory or insurance broking services for the right person.
You will work directly alongside experienced advisors and brokers, learning the business from the ground up while supporting client outcomes from day one. We are looking for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in financial services — not just looking for their next job.
Initial Key Responsibilities
Becoming a successful qualified insurance broker, requires mastering all foundational business processes.
• Provide administrative support to the insurance broking team
• Manage appointment scheduling, client meetings and follow-up correspondence
• Assist in preparing and processing insurance documentation, applications and claims
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
• Handle incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally and promptly
• Prepare reports, presentations and client-facing documents as required
• Support general office operations and administration
Skills & Experience

• Sales, customer service and focus on business growth
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients and colleagues
• An interest in or exposure to financial services or insurance (advantageous)
• Australian citizenship or valid working rights
