We're currently looking for caring and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our casual team in the Tugun area.
What You'll Be Doing
* Personal care support including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
* Assisting with meals and daily routines
* Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
* Light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
* Following individualised care plans and documenting services accurately
* Working closely with our care team to ensure safe, high‐quality support
About You
You're someone who genuinely wants to make a difference. You bring:
* Compassion, patience, and dependability
* Strong communication and people skills
* Confidence working independently in clients' homes
* Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or current nursing/health studies
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Full Australian working rights
