Responsibilities
* Attend daily standup meetings and manage the Jira tickets for releases.
* Create and manage the sprints using JIRA.
* Work with the Product Owner to translate feature requirements and roadmap into epics and stories.
* Gather the requirements and vision from the product owner and stakeholders.
* Create Epics and Tasks in Jira for execution by the developers.
* Create documentation in Confluence and LucidChart.
* Lead multiple standup meetings with the development team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demo, and Sprint Review/Retrospectives.
Qualifications
* Have diligence, be organised, and strong attention to detail.
* Have a technical, developer, or engineering background. Ability to learn and deal with new concepts.
* Must have extremely high attention to detail.
* We have daily standups with developers between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sydney time (GMT +10), and the JIRA administrator must attend these.
* Quality of work and attention to detail are absolute musts! If you create incomplete tickets that nobody understands, use bad spelling, or don't take pride in the quality of your work, please don't apply.
