As we enter our next stage of growth, we're searching for a Marketing Manager who is data-driven, creative, commercially smart, and ready to make an immediate impact.
About the role
As Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of all marketing activities across paid media, retention, organic growth, creative, and analytics.
You'll work closely with our Managing Director and in-house creative team, owning both performance marketing and customer engagement strategies to scale The Self Styler profitably and sustainably.
What this role involves
* Paid Performance Strategy: Manage, execute, and scale Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), and other paid channels with a focus on profitable growth. Test new paid channels like TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Build segmented audiences, automation flows, and lifecycle journeys through Klaviyo. Craft campaigns that drive loyalty, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value. Lead the vision for organic and paid social: content direction, influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and community engagement. Leverage data to guide decisions on content formats, trends, and collaborations. Work closely with the creative team to brief, optimise, and refresh high-performing assets for paid and organic channels. Ensure all visuals and messaging stay aligned with The Self Styler's brand tone and aesthetic.
* Tracking, Attribution & Analytics: Own marketing attribution across channels using UTM tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Conversion APIs, and first-party data strategies. Constantly test, learn, and optimise based on clear data insights.
* Customer Journey Ownership: Drive the full customer journey - from first click to brand loyalist - through seamless multi-channel campaigns and retention strategies.
* Constant Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviour shifts. Bring fresh ideas, test new strategies, and push boundaries to scale an already thriving brand.
What you'll bring
* 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in ecommerce (fashion experience highly regarded).
* Proven ROAS optimization skills. You've scaled paid media with profitable results and have deep expertise in Meta ads and Google ads (Search, Shopping, Display, PMax).
* Solid understanding of organic Facebook marketing and its importance.
* Email marketing mastery — list segmentation, automation flows, and retention tactics.
* Highly technical and analytical, comfortable in GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution models.
* Creative thinker with brand sensibility. You understand the power of strong visuals and consistent brand voice.
* Proactive, resourceful, and hungry for growth. You bring solutions, not problems, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
