Position
* Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including dishes and floors
* Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
* Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
* Assist with deliveries, including pack‐away, ensuring correct stock rotation processes are followed
* Adhere to health and safety procedures when carrying out all tasks
* Assist chefs with food preparation
* Clean dishes with a commercial dishwasher
* Work in a fast‐paced environment
Qualifications
* Must be able to obtain a Working With Children Check
* Experience in a commercial kitchen highly valued
* Eye for detail and strong time‐management skills
* Physical fitness to handle a hands‐on role
* Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Good understanding of basic food‐handling procedures and allergens
* Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
* Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
