The role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:
* Manage conveyancing files from start to finish, including residential and off‐the‐plan contracts
* Prepare, review, and lodge contracts of sale, disclosure statements, transfers and other conveyancing documents
* Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and conveyancing assistants to ensure smooth workflow
* Provide exceptional client service, including advice and updates throughout the transaction
* Manage your diary, correspondence and deadlines efficiently while maintaining a sense of urgency
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other key stakeholders involved in property transactions

About you
* Minimum 3 years' post‐admission experience in conveyancing
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
* Excellent client service, communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong diary management and workflow organisation skills
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
* Professional presentation and ability to meet deadlines consistently
