Supporting Independence and Community Engagement
As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to older Victorians living at home. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.
* This includes helping clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting them with meal preparation and medication management.
* You will also play a key role in building meaningful connections with clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
The Ideal Candidate
* To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification.
* You should be passionate about caring and building rapport with clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, you will thrive in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
