About the role
- Drafting and advising on Wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and enduring guardianships
- Managing probate applications and estate administration from start to finish
- Advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families on complex succession planning
- Working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions and build long‑term relationships
- Supporting the partners in delivering strategic advice on estate planning structures
The ideal candidate
- 58 years PQE in estate planning, probate and estate administration
- Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge in trusts and succession law
- A client‑focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage files autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment
