Store Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organised, self‐driven Store Operations Specialist to support the efficient day‐to‐day operations of our store. The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership, store teams, and external vendors to execute daily inventory activities, ensure quality and operational compliance, and streamline processes to support the achievement of company sales objectives.
This casual position requires 3–4 shifts per week, typically 9:00 am–2:30 pm (Tues/Wed/Fri). No weekend work is required. Hours are somewhat flexible based on business needs.
Responsibilities
* Place and audit bride and stock orders accurately and efficiently.
* Manage store shipments, including breakout, quality control, data entry, bride notifications and returns processing.
* Document, communicate, and follow up on bride and stock inventory that does not meet QC standards, adhering to timelines and processes.
* Conduct monthly audits of items awaiting pick up and follow up with brides on their orders.
* Assist store leadership in preparing, executing and researching the store's bi‐annual physical inventory.
* Prepare and ship bride orders while adhering to quality, packing and shipping standards.
* Ensure compliance with inventory standards through regular audits.
* Maintain store visuals and branding to align with True Society expectations.
* Maintain high standards of store cleanliness aligning with a best‐in‐class bridal experience.
* Help prepare for in‐store events and trunk shows by re‐merchandising, adjusting furniture layouts and steaming gowns for display.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative or accounts background, with attention to detail and ability to self‐manage time and prioritise.
* Technical skills with ability to navigate computer programs; experience in Excel or retail POS systems preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks and execute them quickly and efficiently.
* Approachable, patient and professional demeanour.
* Ability to build strong relationships with leadership and peers.
* Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
* Adaptable and resilient in a fast‐paced, ever‐evolving retail environment.

* Eager to develop in‐depth product knowledge within the bridal or fashion industry.
* Physical capability to move throughout the store, lift and carry up to 12 kg, kneel, stand and remain on feet for most of the shift.
