Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Centre Operator to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Network Operations Centre Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the integrity of all network services, managing incident and problem management cases, and providing effective solutions to prevent service availability interruptions.
You will work closely with emergency service organisations and agency customers to resolve any faults or issues, and will be required to escalate promptly service availability faults or hazards as required to on-call duty managers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain the integrity of all network services by monitoring alarms and surveillance systems.
2. Manage incident and problem management cases to prevent service availability interruptions.
3. Work closely with emergency service organisations and agency customers to resolve any faults or issues.
4. Escalate promptly service availability faults or hazards as required to on-call duty managers.
Requirements
