What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a highly regulated, service-led environment (e.g. aged care, health or community services)
* Strong ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering an engaged, high-performing culture
* Commercial acumen with strong financial capability and a commitment to quality care
* Highly effective communication skills with a visible, hands‐on leadership style
* Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards and risk management
