Workshop Technician Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Workshop Technician to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role that offers an immediate start and competitive salary.
As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for performing service, fault finding and repair to hydraulic components and systems, as well as carrying out re-sealing of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on hydraulic equipment
* Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic systems
* Carry out re-sealing of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors
Additionally, you will be required to adhere to safety standards and work procedures, as well as assist other workshop personnel when needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong mechanical background and trade qualification
* Current MR Licence and Forklift Licence
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems
* Reliable and able to work un-supervised and within the team
* Have full working rights in Australia
* Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
