Required to head over Portfolio of four (4) hotels.
The successful applicant must have a sound knowledge and proven experience in the hotel industry including TAB, Keno, Gaming and NSW Licensing. Have the ability to lead by example, encourage staff, introduce promotions and bring initiative and drive to improve trade performance.
